For Prospective Tenants
The shortest leasing agreement we offer is 7 months.
Unfortunately, no. This fee covers the background check and credit report we use to see if you’re eligible to become a tenant in one of our homes.
We will get back to you in a maximum of 2 business days.
Yes, everyone over the age of 18 must complete an application.
The property is for rent “as is,” meaning that the owner is happy with the way their property looks. If a tenant feels inclined to make improvements at their own expense, we can facilitate a conversation with the owner for permission.
Pets are allowed at the owner’s discretion. We have many properties that allow pets, just let the property manager know about your furry friend and we will make them a priority in your search.
Yes, we accept vouchers.
If you do not meet the income requirements, we do require a co-signer that meets the criteria. All tenants must have a minimum of a 600 credit score, no prior evictions, and no felonies.
Yes! We are happy to assist in long distance rental searches.
If you are interested in a property, but unable to lease it right away, we will hold it for 7 days with a $500 nonrefundable fee. Once you begin your lease, that hold deposit will then become your security deposit.
